“I wholeheartedly endorse David Sine as an expert in the field of risk management and safety for behavioral health facilities. I utilized David as an expert witness to assess safety features at a mental health facility and he proved to be well-versed, very knowledgeable, easy to work with, and an asset to the defense of a wrongful death claim. His assistance was priceless.”
